Step 1: Install PVR IPTV Simple Client

Launch Kodi and click the Gear Icon (Settings) at the top left.

Select Add-ons > Install from Repository.

Choose Kodi Add-on Repository > PVR Clients.

Find PVR IPTV Simple Client and click Install. Wait for the "Add-on installed" notification.

Go back to My Add-ons > PVR Clients and click on PVR IPTV Simple Client.

Click Configure. Under the General tab, set "Location" to Remote Path (Internet Address).

Click M3U Play List URL and enter the M3U link provided in your activation email.

Click OK.

Step 3: Setup the TV Guide (EPG)

While still in the Configuration menu, click on the EPG Settings tab.

Set "Location" to Remote Path and click XMLTV URL.

Enter your EPG URL and click OK. To save all changes, click OK one last time and Restart Kodi.
